This guide will show you how to change the ticket filters that may be set on your KDS devices.  If you are not seeing a specific order type on one of your KDS screens (i.e. "Uber Eats", "Online Ordering", "Grub Hub") these steps will help to resolve this issue. Typically all ticket display options should be selected on every KDS.



1. Select the arrow which is generally in the upper lefthand corner of your KDS screen



2. This will typically bring you back to the passcode screen where you will need to enter your personal passcode in order to see the configuration options that we need.


        -If you were required to enter your passcode you will need to select the arrow again from step 1


3. On your device, navigate to Setup > Device Setup from the main menu of the Toast app.



4. Scroll down to the Kitchen Setup settings and select Ticket Display Options.



5. Select the Dining Option(s) or Courses you’d like to display on the device.



6. Select Continue to confirm your selections
