If you are using online ordering and need to turn it off temporarily due to closures, hour changes, high volume, etc., please follow the instructions below. This will allow you to quickly turn this option off and back on as you wish. If you have changes to your online order or delivery hours that are more permanent, please use the help desk ticket system.
Step 1. Navigate to the following screen on your terminal or handheld.
Step 2. Select "pending orders"
Step 3. Select "Throttle online orders"
Step 4. The following screen will pop up. You can turn your online ordering on or off, or snooze it if you are busy but will need it back up in a certain amount of time. You can also add delays if your store is experiencing high volume.
