If the employee has not signed up yet:
Follow the instructions to set up employees in TeamworX.
If an employee has already signed up from the TeamworX welcome e-mail from the onboarding letter:
Their username should be the e-mail address they signed up with.
If no e-mail was entered, try their phone number without dashes.
If the employee has forgotten their password, use these steps to reset their password:
- In TeamworX, go to the Employee List.
- Click the employee name.
- Click the orange button that says "Reset Account"
- Select either e-mail or phone number, which is auto-filled with the employees information.
- Click the orange Reset Account button.
