First, navigate to the main helpdesk portal page.
If it is for a non-alcoholic mixer or food item, click on "Submit Ticket & Knowledge Base"
If it is for alcohol scroll down to the "Alcohol request" section and click on the green Beef O Brady's logo.
For all requests, ensure all of the following information is included:
- Vendor/Distributor name:
- Distributor item number:
- Brand name of item:
- Specific Item Name:
- Case/Pack size:
- Price per case/individual item:
